Standing Small Bite Menu

Rather than the traditional seated meal, this will be a tasting menu that is entirely passed throughout the event.  The passed appetizers will progress through the night on a fixed schedule. During each scheduled time, selected appetizers will be both passed by servers and out on a platters, so that if guests prefer, they can make a small plate and sit down to enjoy.
